Authentic Auto and Tow

We were recently on vacation in San Francisco and our Durango was park in the hotels parking garage and wouldn't start. We called our insurance roadside assistance and due to the very low clearance (6ft) to enter the parking garage no tow truck could enter. Authentic Auto and Tow did agree to send out a tow truck. When Manuel arrived he helped us get our shift knob unlocked so we could put it in neutral and then he contacted a coworker to come in a smaller truck with a tow chain and together they were able to get our Durango out of the parking garage and then onto the tow truck to deliver it to the Dodge dealership service dept. In Burlingame. Once Manuel arrived at the dealership they were closed and there really wasn't a place to leave our vehicle so he took it back to his work for the night. Service by the dispatcher and Christian the tow driver was exemplary and a great relief on a day when other services failed and were disorganized and didn’t deliver as promised. I am now a loyal fan (tho hope I won’t need them often!
